Dr. Arthur Appel has been providing a personal, quality, team approach to his Orthodontic practice for over 27 years. He joined Dentistry for Children, P.A. last year, replacing our long time Orthodontist Dr. William Kuen. Dr. Appel and his staff work closely with the general/pediatric dentist to provide total quality care for patients. All treatments are provided by the doctor and endeavor to care for your needs in a prompt and efficient manner.
Dr. Appel is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Dental Association, the Monmouth County Dental Society, and a former Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry. He was awarded a B.A. in Biology from Lafayette University; an M.A. in Biology from SUNY College at Buffalo; a D.D.S. from NYU College of Dentistry and a P.G. in Orthodontics from NYU College of Dentistry. In addition, Dr. Appel participates in continuing education courses throughout the year to stay current on what is new in Orthodontics.
Dr. Appel resides in Marlboro, New Jersey with his wife Cathy and adult children Robyn and Douglas.
